Help! Toddler refusing food

16 month dd has always been a relatively good eater but for some reason has started messing around with her food lately and consequently barely eating.

Breakfast is usually ok. But lunch and dinner gets refused or thrown on the floor. She doesn't want to be spoon fed at all so we've tried encouraging her to use a spoon herself which is never successful. The food just falls off. If we put things on her tray so pick up and eat (veggie sticks, bread sticks, toast and butter etc) it's hit and miss. Occasionally she'll have a nibble, mostly she'll throw it immediately.

I'm getting concerned about how much she's actually eating. It's very little in terms of actual food.

She still has 2 x 6oz bottles a day (one before the morning nap and one before bed). I can see why the morning nap one might mean she's not hungry enough for lunch but it shouldn't impact dinner. I'm still eager for her to have the formula as she's a CMPA baby and it's a good source of nutrients especially when she's eating so little.

Is this some sort of age related phase? Do I need to worry? Dh is of the opinion that she'll eat if she's hungry and not to fuss too much.
