it's been a week since my final bfeed (and anyway was down to only 1 a day for a while) -- is now a good time to go and have my bra size measured?

I vaguely remember that for me mine dwindled then sort of became more normal again. But I don't remember the timescale. I would be interesetd in what people have to say as I'll be going through this soon-ish

leave it a month or so, when I gave up brastfeeding my weight went up very quickly (put on nine pounds in 4 weeks ) and then came down just as fast all in couple of months

twas most odd, but thats my experience!

BREAST feeding, even

leave it a bit longer I went from a D cup when milk came in to a C when down to 2 feeds a day then got measured 8 wks after final feed and down to A cup. The lady in john lewis said it takes a good 6 wks for your boobs to steady at one size after finishing feeding.

IIRC you need to wait at least 6 weeks.

Mine twindled and were very small for about 9 months to a year. Then they started to grow again (yippee) and are now about the same size as they were before I was pregnant.

Not helpful I know. Keep an eye on them would be the only advice I can give.
