Do you think this is thrush or something else?

Baby is now 10 weeks old and a feeding journey has been far from perfect. I had to have two courses of antibiotics, one following c section and again following procedure to remove retained placenta.
I have had daktarin for my nipples and gel for the baby, then followed with fluconazole of 50mg for 14 days. I have been pumping almost explosively for 10 days and my left nipple really hurts. The right one although very pink it doesn't hurt.
I have called the GP and they have now issued more fluconazole 150mg per day but I'm still not sure if it is thrush, the left nipple does appear cracked but I feel like it's been that way since the beginning.
The while liquid on the photos is milk.

Have you had the latch checked by a lactation consultant? Why does the GP think that it's thrush?

The GP hasn't seen me really apart from when it was initially through to be thrush around 8 weeks ago now, in terms of latch it is apparently good. We had her tongue tie done at 10 days old but it appears it wasn't done well so we are having it redone next week. But I have been pumping with the exception of 2-3 feeds and I would have expected for it to improve. It hurts mainly during and after pumping, the redness doesn't go away and the crack doesn't seem to improve.

If the pain is mostly during pumping then have you checked that the flange is the correct size for your nipple? Can cause a lot of pain if it's not. Try silver nipple cups to help with healing, they made a big difference for me.
