Is my baby drinking enough?

Do u count the midnight feed as part of her 24hr feeds or is it considered yesterdays feed? Sorry if that doesn’t make sense because if I count the midnight feed then she’s drank enough according to Google but if I don’t count it then she drank 4oz less than the recommended amount, when I try to calculate the amount she’s drank in 24hrs I never count the midnight feed I’m not sure if I’m supposed to? Last night at midnight she drank 4oz then
4am 3oz
6am 2oz
7am 1oz
9:30am 4oz
2pm 4oz
6pm 4oz
10pm 4oz
so if I count her midnight feed that means she drank 26oz one ounce above what’s recommended for her weigh but If I don’t count the midnight feed then she’s drank 4oz less than the recommended amount I’m so stressed about the amount she’s drinking because she’s lost a little bit of weight and dropped a little bit below her centile not a cause for concern yet the HV said she’s scheduled to be weighed again in 2 weeks she’s 6 weeks old and was weighed yesterday and was 4.700kg

I think you're getting too stressed about this. It doesn't matter if you count as yesterday or today provided you are consistent and count it the same each day. Babies weight do fluctuate. As long as she's not losing weight and is taking her feed and seems happy you are doing fine. I expect she'll put on half a kg by next week.

You choose when to count the midnight feed, it’s a rolling 24 hours.
And yes, you are stressing too much. Relax. As long as she’s having wet nappies she’s drinking enough.

Yes count it.

Is she gaining weight and roughly following her line in the red book?

This was me a few months ago. My baby has silent reflux and CMPA and we have had a terrible time with feeding. I used to count the it, but I drove myself crazy worrying about his feeding I even brought my own scales off Amazon. Symptoms wise he’s much better after a change of milk, he’s on aptamil pepti one. His feeding is all over the place, he feeds like a breastfed baby and by the looks of the hours of your LO feeding they’re doing the same. My LO is 4 months and has anything between 2-4oz every 2-3 hours. He’s happy and heathy, he did drop centiles and one point but gained it back. Babies are surprisingly good at regulating themselves, remember breastfeeding mums have no idea how much milk their baby takes they just go by what they want when they want. Enjoy your lovely baby and don’t worry unless they refuse milk or are really dropping it weight.
