Advice please!
I remember having a very painful letdown initially when I started breastfeeding but perservered through and after three weeks it stopped happening at all.
baby is now four months and all of a sudden I’m getting a painful letdown again?! The latch is fine.
is this normal; or should I get it checked out?

she has started biting my nipple not sure if that could’ve caused it.

I'm really not sure on that one but it sounds uncomfortable. Have you given one of the BFing Helplines a call? They should be able to give you support and information in both issues Flowers

I had this. I think it was a boost in supply or something. It settled again and only had occasionally (when very full usually), I just finished breastfeeding this week (15 months!) and I haven't felt it for a few months. I remember it being very unpleasant though!
