Formula feeding routine

I'm a FTM, my LO is 10 weeks old. We are formula feeding, it is pretty much on demands. Sometimes she goes 2.5hours between feeds, sometimes 4 hours.

We have dropped the middle of the night feed and last night she fed at midnight then 6.30am. Had to wake her at 6.30am

How do you all get into a routine with formula feeding? I know it might still vary....

Have you tried feeding them every 3 hours? I wouldn't make them ho that far if they're hungry but they may just get used to feeding regularly.

Mine were fed on demand but more or less fell into a Roy time of their own.
