Breastfeeding to formula

Hi, I have just started to wean DD onto formula from EBF at 6 months. She has been taking the transition well, however I'm not sure what size teat I should be using? At the min I'm using the slowest one and she is doing really well on it. Is it OK to be using the slowest teat when she is 6 months? When do I jump to the next size ?

Also, I'm not really sure how much I should be feeding her because I've always breastfed on demand, I don't want to overfeed her but I've just been following her cues. Surely she will tell me if she has had enough right ? Or shall I only give her the ounces it says on the tin for her age?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Do you know the Paced bottle feeding technique? It's useful to make sure she doesn't overfeed.
