Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced similar.
I stopped BF around 3-4 weeks ago, it was a very gradual weaning process (dropping a feed at a time over the course of many weeks). I have since done very small expresses ad hoc. For 2ish weeks now my right breast is extremely sore, tender to touch however it isn't at all engorged, there is no redness or lumps and I have no other mastitis symptoms. It's just so painful! GP prescribed antibiotics more as a preventative if it worsens over the weekend.
Has anyone experienced similar?
