My 3 month old is just point blank refusing to eat he is formula fed and he's had 1 5oz
Bottle all day basically in Dribs and
Drabs because he won't take anymore.
I'm on the verge of tears cause I'm so
Worries about dehydration he's only had 2 maybe 3 wet nappies all day and I don't know what to do.

Phone 111 and ask for advice.

Are they teething? Using a silicon mold to freeze some milk worked for us when ours was struggling with first teeth (using breast milk for us but assuming no issues doing this with formula).

Isn't 3 months a bit young for teething?

Yeah is a bit early for teeth to appear but not unheard of. Are there any other symptoms like drooling, or flushed face? Or anything else in general like constipation last few days or fever?

I think PP was probably onto a good idea to call 111 even if just for the peace of mind. One day of no food isn't a massive deal but would be also very worried if it carried on longer than that.

Does he have oral thrush?

Both of mine started teething at 3 months which is a pain as you’re limited in what you can give them. We used Ashton parsons gel which wasn’t bad and then when it was really bad a dose of painkillers. It put both of them off feeding, they’d try and suck the bottle and would just cry as soon as it pressed their gums. Worth a call to 111 in case but our experience was teething caused a lot of issues for us from early on.

Agree with phoning 111.

Whilst you wait fir a callback try a dose of Calpol and some spoon/syringe feeding Flowers
