biting/nipping

DD is a year old and got her first tooth a couple of weeks ago. She's teething again at the moment I think. Anyway, she's biting or nipping me at every single feed. Biting if the milks not coming fast enough, or when she's getting fed up, or if she wants the other side. I'm generally yelping (can't help that!) then I take her off. She cries. If I offer again she just bites. Any ideas on what I could try? I was really hoping to keep feeding her for a long time but in the last 24 hours, she's had just 2 small feeds (rather than her usual 4 or 5 big ones!) and I'm worried my supply will dwindle quickly.

Thanks. I have a feeling that my letdown is slow as I'm now getting so nervous about getting bitten. it's a vicious circle! Tonight, she bit a few times but took a few minutes feed each side in the end. I fought very hard to relax to get that letdown going!
