So my LO is near 8 months old and has been weaning since 5 months old as instruction from his paediatrician. He is on Hipp formula 2 ( from 6 months) and has 2 meals a day ( mix of BLW and puree ) He had severe reflux which was controlled with Carobel thickener for a while but he now needs no thickener at all and is doing much better . He is a good drinker and can still drink between 25 and 30 ounces of milk a day ! However , for the last few weeks his bowel movements have been very very dark green , not rock solid but hard ish and hard for him to pass. They are normally relatively soft and yellow /tan . He is also very restless , keeps throwing himself back when sitting , crying and resisting sleep in the day. I am not convinced he hasn't got a intolerance to potentially wheat but its really hard to say . That's the only different thing he has had the last day or so and he has been soooo unsettled today. At the start of weaning Weetabix made him soooooooo constipated ! I'm also not sure, is he just uncomfortable with his reflux just without the vomiting we suffered for 7 months 😩😩 My question is , is this change normal ? Should i flag all this up with his paediatrician? ( They have put us on an open appointment ) TIA
