Advice needed - weaning a 1 old year old this week, she hasnt pooed for over 2 days

Just a quick question- I am in the process of weaning my one year old dd2 from breast milk to cows milk. She has taken to it really easily and now I am down to 2 breastfeeds in 24 hours, the rest from a bottle. She also hasnt pooed for nearly 3 days - is this likely to be the milk change? Should I be changing her over more slowly? Seems to be quite uncomfortable with it, eating less as well - possibly because she is full of poo?!

thanks,oj is a simple idea will try it. She finally had poo this morning, possibly as we were up every hour 12 to 5 and i have no will power and fed her back to sleep. That will teach me to be smug about how well its going..
