Yeah, my DS is like this. He's 18m now and it has changed a bit, in that he's gotten fussier about what he eats. So overall he probably doesn't quite eat as much, but still loads, and often more than my 4.5yr old DD. But she's a poor eater and always has been.
We embrace it with DS tbh, it's nice to have a child to enjoy meals with for a change! We weigh and measure him every few months and he's been tracking around 50th centiles for height and weight, so in proportion and not overweight or anything.
He doesn't eat that many snacks really, he usually has a mid afternoon one only or sometimes will have a mid morning one too. He has things like soft fresh fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, satsuma, or banana, raisins, yoghurt covered raisins or strawberry bites, soreen, little fruit flavoured yoghurts, crisps aimed at toddlers, cereal bars aimed at toddlers, Quorn picnic eggs or cocktail sausages (we are vegetarian), rice cakes, babybels, those kinds of things.
