12 weeks - not taking second breasts

DD1 used to take the second breasts soon immediately after the first. The past few days, she has stopped doing so and totally refused to feed on the second breast.

She looks healthy and fine to me, but is too preoccupied with looking at things around her instead of feeding.

12 weeks is supposed to be the growth spurt period and she should be feeding more, but it is the otherwise for her. Should I be concerned?

Is she refusing the same breast or still taking one feed off both? It could be that she is getting enough milk from the first breast.

She refused the second breast after feeding from the first. I will then change her nappy, let her play for a while, and try to feed her again - sometimes she will take it, sometimes not.

Am worry that she does not have enough feed, and keep feeding her everytime she gives a bit of cry - when all she wants is to sleep!

She vomitted after the morning feed(serious projectile vomitting) - think I might have overfed her (first breast, nappy change, second breast, kick and play and then back to first breast - vomit!) or maybe it is wind? Soon after vomitting, she had hiccups.
