DD gagging to show she is full... or something else?

Hi all

Just want to see if what DD is doing is normal or something to worry about. She is 12+ weeks old, and bf full time.

Since last Sunday, instead of pursing her lips to show she is full (done since birth) she sticks her tongue out and gags - sort of hacking cough. Sometimes she vomits the feed. After vomiting she is not distressed (unlike me) and will happily go off to sleep or play or whatever is on her mind.

I can't tell if this her new way of saying enough, or her eyes are bigger than her tummy or if I should take her to the doc.

Sorry, long posting.

Most babies are sick after a feed. Both my children seemed to take great pleasure in covering me with baby sick! Nothing to worry about.

She definitly sounds like she has just had enough, I wouldn't panic about anything

Should I feed her again after she vomitted? Reckon the tummy is empty with everything out.
