Thrush? Again? Who knows

Hi everyone

DD2 (will be 3m old tomorrow) has had these white patches in her mouth, inside her lip if that makes sense for a week now. They wipe off after a few rubs and leave no soreness or redness underneath. They look thrushy (like blotchy/curdled white milk. She is quite fussy at times when feeding but can't tell if it's because of those or not. I have no bad thrush symptoms myself (I had it a couple weeks ago and had every symptom possible, and they were bad too.) this time I have a little bit of pain on latching/during feed and none after (I don't have that deep breast burning sensation after or nipple burning or anything). So I literally have no idea what these patches are. If I wipe them off, they come back again a few hours later or the next day.
The GP was useless tbh and just gave nystatin but didn't let me do a swab (I'm really bad at standing up for myself lmao).

Any ideas/advice welcome please!!
