How to reduce supply

Baby is 7 months has decided that she won't breastfeed any more. Have been pumping for about 6 weeks. She's completely forgotten how to breastfeed and refuses to even latch. Pumping is making me miserable so introduced formula, which she loves. I've cut down to 4x pumps a day. Trying to reduce further has caused me mastitis twice. Any tips?

I'd give one of the BFing Helplines a call. A BFC will be able to tell you how to reduce your supply and reduce your risk of mastitis.

Cabbage leaves! Absolute life saver when I had mastitis & baby had to go on milk allergy formula

Yes cabbage! Apparently has some enzyme in it that reduces milk. Also a good shape to pop in your bra!
