One pink nipple breastfeeding

Hi!

im still struggling to breastfeed at 10 weeks pp!!
ahhhh starting to feel so helpless now and just want to ask if anyone has experienced the same thing? Or any breastfeeding experts know what’s going on?
baby has been checked for tongue tie and will be checked again in a couple of weeks.
my right nipple is pink!! And very sore after during/after feeds.
i randomly have a painless feed and then the next one is bad again.
my left nipple usually okay but is still painful here and there.
does this sound like I could have thrush? Or just a latch issue?
i have no breast pain and no white tongue on baby.
baby has a lip tie.

my right always hurt me when I breastfed my first too and I generally have extremely sensitive nipples (can’t go braless)
ever since I breastfed my first, my right nipple is sensitive to touch at the tip.

could my nipples just be too sensitive?
ive had a bad reaction on them before many times. From different things, such as not wearing a bra or foreplay. Have sometimes needed cream from the doctors to resolve it!

sorry for the long post, I’m just so confused and don’t understand what’s going on. Feels as tho I’m the only one who has this issue (one side being permanently damaged lol)

Have you tried nipple shields to give it a bit of a break? Does it feel like broken glass shooting through your nipple when it is painful (that is a sign of thrush).

I'd suspect it is a latch issue. I'd try and find a local breast feeding group and go and get your latch checked.
