Is it correct if you make a bottle freshly that if it’s at room temperature baby has to drink it within 2 hours ?

I was thinking rather than messing about with flasks of hot and cold water etc if I made up a bottle and put in the changing bag and went out as long as baby then has that bottle within 2 hours that’s safe ? Or am I totally wrong ?!

It's 2 hours at room temperature or 1 hour from first drinking from the bottle.

If you chill it and put it in a cool bag with a small ice pack it's OK for 4 hours
