just wanted to say how great, i think you all are

dd, love of my life, is now nearly 8 months old, and the time has flown

i don't think i would of been able to make it this far esp with the bf without all your support, took us 4 months really to get bf established ! but the past 4 months have been great.

i wish all new mums could be directed to this sight.

ive learnt so much from all your views
i started off thinking that there was no real difference betwen bm and formula, and now im really passionate about bf and i find myself posting on the guardian website etc

just really wanted to say you lot are the best

Feel exactly the same way RRB (almost exactly down to timings too!).

Have you thought about transferring your new found passion into training to be a peer supporter or similar?

Fantastic!!!!

moondog · 08/02/2008 19:35

not for you though martha.
where is your thread

Carmenere · 08/02/2008 19:36

That is so lovely. I hope MNHQ see this post, it must be very satisfying for them as I reckon this must be the very reason they started mn.

puffylovett · 08/02/2008 19:37

totally agree - without MN i wouldn't be co-sleeping, extended bfing, totsbotting & blwing - all that's missing is the sling ! My LO would doubtless have been weaned at 4 mths and left to cry loads. that and aitchs site have kept me going, i think you all deserve a big 3 cheers

Know exactly what you mean robin - I don't know if I'd still be bf DS at 18 months if it wasn't for MN. In RL round here it seems to be something that you're 'allowed' to stop doing at 6 months...

I may not post a huge amount, but reading threads really keeps me going
