Lo is 6.5months. We've started solids (he's not interested tho) and he's been ebf since birth. I started trying to introduce bottles before Christmas and he just point blank refuses. This is what I've tried

Oh giving it

Giving it when he's starving and not starving

Breast feeding and then sneaking the bottle in

Expressed milk and fornula

At least 5 different brands which all claim to be nipple like.

He will not take it. The constant feeding is really starting to affect my mental health and my relationship with my older child. I need to get him on bottles at least once a day. he also refises water from a sippy cup.

PLEASE I am begging if anyone has any tips I having tried let me know.

We never bothered with a bottle. Ds used egg cup sized cups as newborns, then doidy cups and then the tommee tippee sippy cups.

Mine’s a committed bottle (and sippy cup) refuser & a few weeks older. She does however drink milk from a Doidy cup.

Doidy cup ordered! I'll give it a go. Those of you that used them did you just put formula or breast milk straight in it?

Munchkin Miracle 360 cup was the only bloody thing my bottle refusers would drink from. Used them from 4 months-ish though i think they say 12 months on them. They wouldnt take breastmilk ftom them though, only water.

I looked at those cos my eldest loved hers but was put off by the 12 month+. Think we may still have 1 so I'll give it a go if nothing else works.
