Hello! Can anyone share their experience about tube feeding from the breast? Was it difficult for you as well? I find it quite uncomfortable and hard to use.

Yes hard. Very fiddly. I ended up breastfeeding for 2 years so it was worth it for us. My husband also used it on his finger which he loved. I used some tape to tape one of the tubes to me so it wasn't falling out all the time. It's hard to remember the details of it, I just remember it being v hard at the beginning of the feed.

I expressed using a pump and then had to put it down a tube for my baby who was born with a genetic condition and completely hypotonic. It broke my heart she couldn’t BF but she was just too weak. I BF her sister for over 2 years. We eventually got her on a bottle and I was so grateful to get the tube out. Funny how perspectives change! Good luck x

I found it a pain to clean. I only cleaned it once every 24 hours. Just keep all the pieces in a bag in the back of the fridge.
