Newborn reflux treat or leave?

Had posted in another thread but think this may be better
My baby is now month old and has had reflux, before she was being sick with formula feeds. She isn’t being sick now just unless overfeed or if I was to put her down within few minutes of feed so I always just keep her upright on me for 15-20 mins.

When baby was being sick and grunty, hiccups I went to GP and they had gave carobel or something similar to that name. I used once and just been using Kendamil formula which has made baby windy and poopy. Which hopefully good?

although she isn’t being sick when she is sleeping she’s very grunty and kicking all over place still and sometimes she does cry during feeds like her stomach is playing up! The same with mouth movements it’s like something is coming up and irritating throat!

I just wondered if treatment is always a must, as read reflux is common thing in babies. I’m caught between switch her to an anti reflux formula vs just add in the carobel to kendamil vs just leave it.
she is gaining weight! ahhh

If it was my LO, I think I'd try a Comfort Formula first. Then if that doesn't work consider CMPA.
