Diarrhoea and teething?!

Anyone know if this could potentially be the first sign of teething?! 6 month daughter (turned this week) shows all the other signs but not yet had any teeth come through! She's had loose stools a lot more within the last 24 hours than usual.

It could be but then at 6 months the loose stools could be a new food or even a winter bug. Hope it poi's through soon

Could be. If they’re generating more saliva through teething it can make their stools loose.

Could be. Both mine had terrible nappies when teething. They were runny, smelled like vomit and gave them nappy rash.
