Not breastfeeding or pumping for 10 hours?

So, on Wednesday I have an appointment at the passport office which is 3 hours away for baby’s first passport. I won’t be breastfeeding or pumping in that time. Will this have an effect on my milk supply? Will it become uncomfortable for me? Baby will stay at home with my parents. I’m worried and I’m sorry if this is a silly question! I have no idea. I will be away from baby for about 10 hours or so.

Could you take a breast pump with you to express during that time?

How old is baby? Will baby take bottle? I would imagine you’d be pretty uncomfortable and might want to hand express at least.

Baby is 10 weeks old, I combo feed. Mostly I breastfeed but I do give him some bottles too. I don’t know if I’ll be able to express during that time

You will probably need to express at some point so that you don't end up with rock hard, possibly painful boobs!

If you are driving there, I would pump in the car (under a poncho/ scarf!) when you arrive, and before you drive back. When I was bfing and travelling without ds I did have to manually express into a cup in the loo a few times, but sitting in the car pumping and reading on my phone was much more effective!

I would have been in agony and leaked everywhere at that age.
