Sterilise breast pump once a day or after each use?

Should I sterilise my breast pump once a day, or after each use? I use it 2-3 times a day. It’s the Bellababy one. Usually, I sterilise it after every use but it’s so time consuming. Is it safe to sterilise once a day?

Wash it in soap and water after each use and sterilise once per day.

Medela says just to wash between uses and sterilise once a day

I know some people store their pump in the fridge between uses and just clean/sterilise once a day

If your baby was born full term and healthy you dont need to sterilise anything for use with breastmilk, just wash in warm soapy water is fine.

I used mine once DS was over 6 months as I went back to work and pumped 3 times a day to start with. I sterilised once a day and stored it in the fridge the rest of the time.
