6 month old breastfeeds every hour

My 6 month old feeds every hour during the day as well as night. His feeds are normally 5-10 mins long. His weight has dropped on the charts which I don’t understand because he feeds so much. Lots of wet nappies and 1-2 big poops a day. He does have CMPA and was doing 4 smaller poops a day before I cut out dairy but don’t know if that would impact weight.

Is his snacky feeding habit an issue or is it normal for some babies?

Could it be another allergy like soya? Apparently they go hand in hand.
good Facebook group for breastfeeding with CMPA, they might have better ideas/advice.

@lking679 I’m soya free too. I don’t know if he reacts to it but cut it out just in case as I know they often go together. I’ll test it at some point.
