feel shite - can I take paracetamol while bf?

have caught ds1's whatever-he-has. Am slightly feverish and hurt all over. Need to take something to survive day with a 2.8yo and a 4mo. Now for all I've been bf since ds1 was born, I've never had to take anything before . I can take a paracetamol, can't I? orry for thick question, but searching the archives would be too much for my poor head

I have taken paracetamol. I had a cold this week and asked the pharmacist if there was any decongestant I can take, he looked in a book and said sudafed was fine.Yay! Just in case !
