Combi-feeders, when did you stop breastmilk?

When did you stop breast milk altogether?
Did you go formula only after a while?
Or did you stick to doing both? How long for?

@Infernalhellloop Ooh, that's exactly the age my LO is. I'm finding pumping 5x a day really exhausting. I think it might be time for me to stop but for some reason I'm dithering. Can I ask your reasons and how it was afterwards?
