Should I increase size of bottle?

My baby (4.5 months) is now finishing her 5 oz bottles but often spits up or vomits quite a bit after (either immediately or after an hour or so). Does this mean she is not self-regulating her intake or is it just mild reflux? I thought reflux should be reduced by this point. Would you increase the size of the bottle now or wait til she spits up less? It’s not just a matter of making a bigger bottle as it’s also the cutoff between the small and large Mam bottles so I’ll need to switch all her bottles when we go up to 6oz or more.

How long is she going between feeds @trrk?

If she's posseting after feeds, would smaller bottles more often suit her better?

She already feeds quite regularly, every 2-3 hr during the day.

Ok if that's the case I'd definitely try 6 floz, sorry if that's the wrong answer.

Maybe consider swapping to a Comfort Formula if she's still being sick?
