6 month old upset on breast

Any opinions appreciated.

My bf baby has been I'll recently (past 2 weeks different problems) but it now better.
Today he's been feeding ALOT like 45 min sessions when normally he feeds for around 10-15 mins about 11 times in 24hrs.

And this evening he's moaning and crying while he's latching on, keeps coming off to have a little cry but then keeps trying to get back on.

Is this because he's been ill? Could it be teething? (Has cut first tooth recently)

My biggest concern is am I running out of milk? I don't leak anymore and I know this can be normal but his reaction is worrying me, especially as he's quite a long slender baby as it is.

Deffo teething. Get the calpol out. Also anbesol is great but I can't remember the age they can have it from.

And no you won't be running out of milk. Your breasts do adapt so your let down isn't as strong and you don't leak :)

That's good news! Granted he cut a tooth the other week, then got a cold then got ill so I'm hoping that won't just be my life on repeat forever 😂

I have infant ambesol so I'll get that on for bedtime and see if that helps with the feeds.

Fingers crossed. My boy has 6 teeth now but he suffers soooo much when they come in. It's such a shame.

The cold may also be making it worse. I guess the other thing could be a sore throat but I'd put money on teeth.

He got up 6 times last night- I'm hoping this ends soon because I don't know what to do 😩
