Latch still painful after TT snip

DD had a posterior TT snipped on Monday and although she is opening her mouth wider and her latch 'looks' good, it is still painful to feed her. It still feels like burning/razor blades and there's still a bit of lipstick nipple happening at times.
She doesn't tip her head back or lead with her chin so I'm using sandwich hold to latch her. It feels like it's her bottom jaw that causing the most pain. I keep re-latching her until it feels bearable.

She's quite stiff and tense generally and both the infant feeding midwife and the TT snipped said her jaw is very tense. We've got an osteopath booked in 10 days.

Any tips or advice please?

I was told it can take 2 weeks or more for them to relearn how to use their tongue muscle so it may still get better. My DD’s latch did improve a week or two after getting her tongue tie cut but she already preferred the bottle and my supply was low by this point so we didn’t continue breastfeeding for long. You might also want to seek further breastfeeding support in the meantime.

It took a few weeks for us as my baby had been so unsuccessful feeding the "normal" way that she'd made up her own way (very painful) and had to "unlearn" that over time. After a week or so, some feeds would be good, then would go back to the old way, then good again, and it took weeks to be all good.

They said it could take 2 weeks, I was hoping for a bit more of an improvement sooner, it's so painful.
I think we've probably had 3 normal feeds since it's been snipped. I guess we'll just keep on.
