Suddenly can’t express

My baby is almost 1 years old and I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding her (as well as weaning of course). I’ve never fed a baby this long as my first I stopped feeding 7 months due to pregnancy so I’m in a bit more unfamiliar territory.

i was expressing once per day pretty much all the way through and I’d get not much but around 2oz/2.5oz in 8 mins so over two days that would make me a bottle. I’ve not expressed for around a month as I went on holiday and then just hadn’t got back into it…I tried last night and tonight and got absolutely zero. I just can’t get let down to happen. I’ve tried breathing relaxation techniques and visualising my baby etc but it’s just not happening. I don’t think it’s the pump as suction feels fine and I’ve tied hand expressing which resulted in a tiny trickle but I would be there for absolutely ages.

my daughter wakes up every two hours for a feed / comfort suck in the night and now I’m paranoid the reason she wakes so much is because she’s hungry as they just seem empty! She only feeds morning and eve during the day but only the bedtime feed is a longer one.
