If I breastfeed from one side, will I go lopsided?

I'm only giving one feed a day now (at bedtime), if I only give from one side will I get really lopsided?

I'm just struggling with the right side as DS has bitten and 'tugged' so much that the nipple is really sore. 'Tother side is fine so I'd like to just give him that side. I don't want to look weird though (oh the vanity).

Anyone experienced this?

Ta.

Prob not if it's only once a day. DD prefers one side and it is slightly bigger in the morning when I have most milk. But most women have different sized norks anyway

I thought that was probably the case, thanks wmmc. My concern mainly arises from the fact that my boobs have gone from B cup to E cup with pregnancy and breastfeeding, so worried that if I stop on one side I will have one B cup and one E cup!

No, that definitely will not happen. I had to feed DD from one side for four weeks when I had mastitis and there was very little difference and that was exclusive feeding. But your norks might BOTH deflate a bit - sorry - now you have cut right down.

No, towards the end of breastfeeding DS3 preferred one side, I was very nervous about it.

He's stopped feeding now (weaned himself at 8 months - gutted) and there's no difference between the two. To be honest, I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life walking in circles .

Yeah I was expecting that, I have cut down very gradually though and they don't seem to have deflated that much yet. Shame, I was (we were ) quite enjoying having them!

Oh me too, they balanced out my fat arse - oh well...

My friend only feed her DS (18mths) on one side, as the other dried up (long story). She is two cup sizes smaller on the dry side, A vs C cup.
