One week old baby poo

My baby is 6 days old, he passed lots of meconium in the first few days and moved to greeny yellow stool to now bright yellow. He seems to feed well, I can hear him swallowing and I have no issues with supply (this is my second baby and I had over supply with the first, seems I have the same this time). He does plenty of wet nappies, maybe 1 every hour or so if not more. He is content and sleeps peacefully. When awake he is happy to sit and look around but occasionally will strain or seem bothered by wind. He is easily winded though and easy to comfort. My issue is his poops. They are tiny. Smaller than the £2 coin I see he is meant to be achieving? And he is only doing two a day or so. I have spoken to the midwife who didn't seem concerned at all as he has plenty of wet nappies and hasn't lost a huge amount of weight. He is due to be weighed again on Friday but I've asked them to come see him tomorrow and weigh him again then as I'm quite worried he isn't getting enough milk or something ? I have taken pictures of his nappies which I can upload on here if it would be helpful ? Don't want to seem like a poo troll or something but am just worried.

Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

If there are plenty of wet nappies and he's pooing twice a day and gaining weight, I can't see that you have a problem although I know it's easy to worry.

Don't forget as well that they don't actually take much milk at this age.

Between one and six months they'll take roughly 25 floz a day but at 6 days, their stomach is roughly the size of a ping pong ball so there isn't really a need for huge poos Halloween Wink
