Please help me get through first teething

I am in agony again after weeks of much better feeding with 15 week old ds. He is teething and chewing his fist constantly. Trouble is he is now chewing my nipple - no teeth through yet but his gums have really injured me! I don;t want to give up yet but I am no sure how I can continue.
He seems to be holding his tongue further back and so not really getting as much milk either.
Help please!!!

I got some good advice here, although my DS was much older.

Have you tried making lollipops with your expressed breastmilk, this would soothe his gums and possibly prevent him from biting down???

Just an idea.
