Wondered if anyone has experienced this or knew what it was. Baby is nearly 5 weeks, feeding itself is painless and no issues with nipples but starting to get some intense bursts of pain in both breasts between feedings. Could it be breasts re-filling? Seems to happen especially if I think about baby so wonder if that's triggering body to produce milk which causes brief pain. Just hoping it will settle down!
