Small brown discharge in 12 week old sick? (Pic) TMI

TMI!

My 12 week old is sometimes sick after a feed. Not a lot and it's like little possets. Yesterday she had quite a lot of sick/ the amounts are on and off. Tonight she had what looks like brown discharge/ blood in her sick? What do you think is this? It's got me and my partner a bit worried.

I would phone out of ours GP and ask for advice
