ok to eat liver ?

Now that I'm not pregnant, but is it ok to eat liver as I'm breastfeeding?

Yes but not recommended more than once a week, i've just googled. I looked on mommyhelp.com which sounds like it may be american so i'd look further maybe if i were you.

No restriction at all when bf.....don't look at US sites!!

Thats why i said to look further. Wonder why uk and us think so differently?
