Twins 1 hour to feed

Hi. My 7 week old twins (born at 37+2) are taking an hour to drink a bottle. Is this normal and will they get faster? I thought they might've improved by now.

We make up 5oz bottles and they take anywhere between 2-5oz in that time. We moved from tommee tippee bottles to MAM and have tried different formula. They appear to be drinking away for a few mins but when I check what's been taken it's not much. They get quite windy so we have to wind frequently during a feed. I've tried winding more and less frequently too. They're not pushing it away. Sometimes they do get sleepy but in general it seems like they're drinking but they're not actually taking much.. This is regardless if we're feeding 1 each separately or if I'm feeding both at once myself

At this stage their older brother (born at 38w so similar developmental age) was draining every bottle in minutes so this is quite different for us..

Have you tried moving up a teat size? My little girl used to get bored at about 7 weeks cos the milk flow was too slow. She went to MAM size 1 at about 7 weeks. Also born at 37 weeks

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure this is it though as they've been slow from the start, and also the flow of the mam size 1 seems relatively fast. But I guess it could still be worth a try!
