7 week old sleeping though (!!) milk supply Q

Hello MNers. My 7 week old DS has been sleeping 6-7 hours through the night for the last week (bless him). It's bliss! But I had initial problems with milk supply (had to pump to get it to come in), and I'm still taking motilium. DS appears to be thriving, and he's producing plenty of poo, so I have to believe he's getting what he needs. he's having 7 or 8 feeds in the day, and he feeds A LOT in the evenings, and I tend to feel pretty dry by the time he's finished with me. Will my milk supply decline if he's not feeding in the middle of the night, or am I silly to worry?

Is he a big baby? This is just from my experience - DD us 6 weeks and we have to wake her now, as a period of starting to sleep through has coincided with her losing weight - but we were told if she was bigger it would be ok.

He's not huge - on the 25th centile. I guess we'll have to see how he's doing at this week's weigh in to be sure he isn't losing weight.
