Colief drops - how do you use them?

I’ve been recommended to try colief drops by the health visitor but I’m confused about the instructions. Do you actually need to leave the bottle at room temp for 30 min after adding the drops? How does that work for feeding on demand if baby is screaming for food? We are not yet in any sort of routine so can’t predict feeding times 30 min in advance.

Yes we are currently using them and the drops need to go in a ready to feed bottle 30mins before. You also need to shake/swirl the bottle every so often. There is a way of making bottles in advance but that requires them been stored in the fridge once the drops have been added (I assume then you could warm it up in a bottle warmer or jug of hot water if your baby won’t drink milk cold)
