wondering what is “normal” for a 9 month old to eat - food & milk wise? How many oz does a 9 month old eat and how much actual food do they consume?

My 9 month old has 3 meals a day at 8am, 12 pm and 6pm. He has an 8oz bottle at 10am, 2pm and 7pm. He sleeps through the night but if he wakes up really early I’ll breastfeed him back to sleep. But am looking to stop breastfeeding now completely.

It varies really. Today he’s had:

breakfast: Piece of toast with avocado on, and some strawberries

Lunch: Half a salmon sandwich (he didn’t eat much though as he was really hot and bothered) and a banana

Dinner: 3 chicken wings, 3 potato wedges and some green beans. Small slice of blueberry cake after.

It's been awhile since mine were that little but I think you're aiming for 13.5 floz/400 ml a day between 10 and 12 months.

@PritiPatelsMaker oh is it as little as that? I assumed a lot more.

I'm introducing bottles to LO and not sure how much they should be taking at each feed, feel a overwhelmed by it all.

Yes if they're fully FF it's just 13.5 floz a day from 10 months.
