How long between feeds?

DS is 3 weeks old and weighed 4.2kg at birth. He lost 2% of his birth weight in the first week and was last weighed a week ago and was already up to 4.5kg. He is EBF and has jaundice although is looking a lot better and eyes are almost white/tan has faded a lot. He so far sleeps really well and will feed on average twice a nice for 15-20 mins. My question is how long can young babies go between feeds? I know when they are first born the general rule is no more than 4 hours but when is it OK for them to extend that? Tonight DS fed until 10pm then slept until 2.30am and fed for 15 mins and then asleep until 5.15am (currently on that feed) and usually sleeps till about 8am. During the day he will generally feed every 2-3 hours and will do a 15 min feed when he wakes from his naps and then can cluster feed until he falls asleep again.

If he’s putting on weight and has plenty wet nappies this sounds fine? And if his jaundice is ok, they need to drink lots to get rid of jaundice. I wouldn’t be waking them at night to feed unless there is an actual issue with weight gain.
