9 week old suddenly eating less and spitting up after every feed

Hi all
My 9 week old has been formula fed from birth and largely has fed pretty well… taken decent amounts from day one and put on weight well.

For around the last week I’ve noticed she’s tapered off in terms of how much she’s eating - we started making 5oz feeds as previously she was taking around this per feed, she had her first jabs a week ago and since then the amount she’s taking per feed has reduced, as well as the overall amount she takes per day.

Then today all of a sudden she has spit up after every single feed. Some just a bit, but at least three times quite a lot. She’s been fussy, fighting with the bottle and taking ages to get a feed down. She’s also barely slept - she’s had short catnaps of maybe 20 mins max if out in the pram or car, but otherwise has been wide awake. Mood-wise she’s been up and down, have had some lovely smiley moments but interspersed with frustration, crying, wailing etc. she cries every time she is moved, picked up, put down, changed etc.

is this normal? Is this just fussy behaviour/ a blip, or maybe a lingering side effect from last week’s jabs? Just feel like we were getting on really well and now all of a sudden I have an unhappy baby and am not sure why.

Could it be reflux? It would explain loss of appetite, not keeping milk down, the fussiness, the cat naps.

Worth contacting GP or HV though.
