Galactagogues. Do they work?

So I'm 3 weeks into relactating for my 4 month old and I've been reading about ways to increase my milk supply.
Has anyone used galactagogues and did they work for you?
I had quite a stressful event occur around 2 months postpartum which caused my milk to dry up and Im exclusively pumping now so I'm open to any ideas :)

I'm also thinking of trying the Galactogil supplement. Anyone tried it?

Domperidone does, but it's hard to get as it's off label as a galactalogue.

I used fennel tea and it helped. It may have been placebo effect, but worth a try.

Yeah I can't get that. I'm in a few relactation groups and there's so many different supplement combinations, I guess I have to just keep pumping, getting my baby to latch on and drink lots and lots of water

Oats and fenugreek both worked for me, together with lots and lots and lots of pumping and latching. The fenugreek makes you smell like curry though!

Oats and fenugreek works for me. I make lactation cookies with oats. Pure Fenugreek capsules with nothing else added to it. I tried a combo lactating supplement but it actually lowered my supply. Drink lots of water.
