Pink area on breast

I had my daughter 8 weeks ago and am exclusively breastfeeding. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that an area of one of my breasts is pink, with lots of little spider veins and some stretch marks. I stupidly googled it and now I'm panicking that it's inflammatory breast cancer. Was wondering if anyone else had this after pregnancy or while feeding and has an explanation? It's not sore or hot at all so not mastitis. My daughter has oral thrush currently and it's in my nipples but don't think that causes breast skin to change.

Hello! It was just from stretching from breastfeeding I think and just faded after a while x

Wouldn't hurt to get it checked, but our boobs have stretched so much and gone through so many changes the skin is bound to do some funny things 😊 x
