Sorry if this is in the wrong section! Didn’t know where else to post.
I have a bruised like feeling on one side of one breast, it’s been there consistently for a few days. I’ve also had head cold type symptoms on and off for awhile but nothing too bad and with it being hay fever season I’m not sure it’s linked.
Its not particularly painful when I feed and as far as I can tell there’s no lump either.
