Hiya - got a 4 month old who up until recently was EBF. I am trying to combine breast and bottle. I can't and nor do I wish to pump breast milk (can only get 20/30ml) so have been replacing some feeds this week with a bottle of SMA advance. The farts are awful! Poos are normal and she's not in discomfort so really unlikely allergy. Should I try a different brand or do all cause excessive farting?! Thank you!
