I think it is pretty normal to start leaking a bit in later pregnancy.

Also leaking can't be a bad sign!!

Good luck

its quite normal to leak colostrum at this stage (although its also normal not to have any leaking too) and it makes no bearing on the ability to breastfeed. This is from Babycentre:

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my breasts are leaking. What's going on?

I leaked from 19 weeks, and my friend who's pregnant now started leaking at 13 weeks. So you are normal.

leaking is fine, and normal.. you might want to wear breast pads at night to save waking up in a pool of milk, with soaking wet PJs and bedding

ROFL I had to come and see what Lulu had said, on my 'Thread's I'm on' list, y'know how it gives a line or so of the last post? Well Lulu's answer read:

Leaking is fine, and normal.. you might want to wear breast pads at night to save waking up in a poo

LOLOLOLOL Had to know how breast pads were going to stop you waking up in poo LOL

Going from my personal indicator, i'd say early leakage is a good sign of milk supply - I started leaking at night when I was 16 weeks gone, and my milk supply is abundant and when the let-down happens, it's like someone's turned a fire hose on!

If you don't want to wear a bra at night, I used lilypadz just to save the mattress from being covered in milk stains. However I did found they made my nipples itchy if I didn't give my boobs and the lilypadz a good wash the next morning. (nothing like sleeping in, rushing to work and having itchy nips all day!).

i also leaked randomly from halfway through my pregnancy and had to wear pads the entire time to avoid it leaking through my tops. Not a good look at work! Mothercare ones are good

had more milk than i knew what to do with after dd was born - so from my experience a good sign of milk supply and completely normal

I leaked from about 18 weeks. I was sat on the sofa one day and suddenly had a massive wet patch appearing on my top. I was so mortified that I sat there crying (pg hormones sending me a bit mad!).
